How It Works

Book your repair directly on our website. After checkout, carefully pack your computer using a secure box and plenty of padding. Ship your device to our Elkmont, AL repair center using a carrier that offers tracking and insurance.

Once received, we’ll notify you and begin diagnostics or repairs. Most jobs are completed within 2–4 business days. You’ll receive tracking info when your device is on its way back.

Payment & Warranty

Packing Instructions

Use a well-padded box and avoid including accessories unless necessary. Add a note inside the package with your name, return shipping address, phone number, email, and a description of the issue.
